Background Information
Alan has over twenty years’ experience in Relationship and Client Management gained from a number of well-established organisations in different market sectors.

In his previous role, he was an Executive Director of a National Charity where he instigated the total re-organisation of the operation, improving income generation, reducing financial expenditure, resulting in increased availability of funding to fulfil the patient led needs.

Alan has also held Financial Controller positions with an international event management company, brewery and lectured at local colleges on the use of computerised Accountancy to aid Management Information and Costing.

His training at Durham University Business School and client focused organisational background, makes him ideally placed to help clients and manage the practice to achieve its vision of helping clients achieve their business and personal ambitions.
