Background Information
Nigel qualified with a ‘Top 10’ firm of Accountants and has gained decades of senior management experience in his career. Over the last 30 years, he has worked for a number of Accountancy firms and broadened his experience by working in industry as a Financial Controller and General Manager.

A large proportion of Nigel’s work in Accountancy practice was spent in Norfolk and Suffolk, having lived in Broadland, Norwich and Lowestoft, before locating to the south to be closer to family.

Nigel has always been aware of the community he has lived in and been active in local politics and was elected as a district councillor and Mayor of Lowestoft. His involvement in local politics lead him to take a two year sabbatical to act as Political Secretary to an MP.

Having been born to a colonial policeman, Nigel has travelled extensively in the far and middle east and enjoys travel particularly off the beaten track. As well as being involved in the day-to-day organisation and running of a number of charities, Nigel has also been actively involved with a Scout Group, which incorporated his love of hill walking taking groups of Scouts high level walking in Snowdonia twice a year!

Nigel joined Adams & Moore in order to further enhance its Client Management division and use his extensive knowledge and experience to assist clients to achieve their goals.
