Forming a limited company requires a number of routine tasks to be completed and a certain amount of liaison with Companies House and HMRC. - Once the name has been selected and verified, we will register it with the necessary third parties.
- Prepare the Articles of Association (i.e. internal rule book) and Memorandum of Association (i.e. the rules that regulates the company’s external activities) documentation for your company.
- Issue you with a Certificate of Incorporation.
- Provide you with a guide to help you understand your new responsibilities as directors.
- Provide you with other information that will help you to manage your business effectively.
