There are arguments for and against forming a limited company and we believe that is important for the client to fully understand these before they make their decision.

Forming a limited company requires a number of routine tasks to be completed and a certain amount of liaison with Companies House and HMRC. Since its inception, Adams & Moore has been helping clients to form companies in an efficient manner and with the least inconvenience to the client as possible. For a pre-agreed fixed price, we will carry out the following tasks for you:

• Perform a search on the national database of company names to see if your chosen company name is available.
• Once the name has been selected and verified, we will register it with the necessary third parties.
• Prepare the Articles of Association (i.e. internal rule book) and Memorandum of Association (i.e. the rules that regulates the company’s external activities) documentation for your company.
• Issue you with a Certificate of Incorporation.
• Provide you with a guide to help you understand your new responsibilities as directors.
• Provide you with other information that will help you to manage your business effectively.
