To enable our clients to send messages and documents to us more securely, we are using a new system called ‘Client Portal’. This innovative communication platform, which integrates with our internal client relationship management software, has replaced clientZONE. Therefore, whenever we send messages or documents to you via Client Portal, a link to the Portal’s login page will automatically be included in the email. You will then be asked to login to your secure Client Portal area to view the message.
